Stage 1 · Land · Site Favorability screen

You cannot measure a reactionbefore anyone reacts.

Site Favorability reads the conditions around a parcel before a project exists, which is the moment the decision is actually made.

A worked example

Nashville, using only what was public before 30 April 2026.

Nashville, April 2026

In April there was no coverage, no rezoning, no permit, no deed and no opposition. Nothing to measure. The project's search term sat at zero for thirty-nine weeks, then hit its peak in fourteen days.

The conditions were public for years. The parcel sat beside a civic institution with a million visitors a year, mid-expansion, just cut from the state budget, on 188 acres owned by the city whose approval the project needed. That was visible on a parcel map months before the land changed hands.

A screen, not a score

The screen returns flagged conditions and the evidence behind each. The number comes later.

Run the screen on every parcel. Run the index on the ones that survive. A condition we could not check is reported as unchecked, never as clear.

Next in the process

Once the parcel clears and the project is announced, the county becomes the most important party.
